As a Sales Closer at Performance Windows, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, responsible for finalizing deals with customers seeking quality window solutions for their homes. Your primary objective will be to guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their needs and preferences, and ultimately closing sales to drive revenue for the company.

Responsibilites:

• - You will be working with potential customers, In their homes, To consult and identify the product that will best fit their needs
• - You will use the skills, training and tools to create a connection with potential customers
• - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
• - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• - Commitment to top tier customer service from start to finish

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in outside sales or business development ( 2 years Preferred )
• - A Proven track Record of closing deals
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - High School Diploma or equivalent
• - Prior Window sales experience is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
